Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, your primary role is to design user interfaces for websites and apps. You will be responsible for creating layouts, graphics, and designs to improve the overall user experience. Your key responsibilities include: - Design User Interfaces: Create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and designs for websites and applications. - Improve User Experience: Ensure that the product is easy to navigate and user-friendly for optimal user satisfaction. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and present design ideas effectively. - Research: Conduct user behavior analysis to gain insights into user preferences and behaviors. - Collaborate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and fellow designers to bring design concepts to fruition. - Test Designs: Solicit feedback from users and iteratively improve designs based on user input. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but advantageous). - Strong creativity and attention to detail to create visually appealing designs. - Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with user-centered design principles to create intuitive interfaces. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Iritti, Kerala. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
