About the Role-

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong creative vision and attention to detail

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing exceptional

user experiences and ensuring seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities-

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to
  intuitive user experiences.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces for web/mobile apps in collaboration across teams.
• Balance user needs with business goals to craft user-centric solutions.
• Contribute to shaping the products UX vision in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that align with business goals and enhance the user
  experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile
  applications.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity visuals and UI assets.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design
  decisions.
• Identify pain points and propose innovative solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of
  designs.
• Ensure designs are responsive and consistent across various devices and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Skills & Qualifications-

• 12 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing real work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred) or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and responsive design.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills youll work closely with developers, founders,
  and other stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform usability best practices.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
• Experience with usability testing tools and methods.SS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with usability testing tools and methods.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and workflows.
• Bonus: Experience in startups, early-stage companies, or side projects in edtech.
