Job Description

In Crackadeal, a tech-driven real estate renting solution startup, you'll play a crucial role in data-driven decision-making, creative problem-solving, and adopting a product development mindset. As a UI/UX designer, your focus will be on making digital products easy to use and accessible by understanding user needs, testing ideas, and refining designs for a seamless and intuitive experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Conduct User Research:** Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - **Design User Flows & Wireframes:** Map out intuitive pathways for users and create low-fidelity wireframes outlining content structure and navigation. - **Create High-Fidelity UI Designs:** Design visually appealing, on-brand interfaces that are accessible, responsive, and easy to use across devices. - **Develop Interactive Prototypes:** Build clickable prototypes to simulate user interaction and validate design concepts before development. - **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business and technical requirements. - **Test, Iterate, and Improve:** Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and continuously refine designs to enhance user experience and performance. - **Focus on UX over UI:** Emphasize ease of use, accessibility, and satisfaction by understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points to create intuitive, seamless interactions. **Relevant Required Skills:** Constant testing, iteration, and improvement are crucial for a UI/UX designer. This ongoing process ensures designs remain user-centered, efficient, and aligned with user needs. Gathering feedback directly from users, refining designs based on insights, and continuously optimizing the user experience are key aspects of the role. **The Evolving Role of UI/UX Designers as Product Managers:** UI/UX designers are expected to think and operate like product managers, aligning design with product strategy, business goals, and user needs. By taking on a more holistic approach to product development, designers drive product direction, feature prioritization, and long-term growth, ensuring design is an integral part of the product's success. **Additional Details:** Candidates must embrace startup culture and actively contribute in a high-performance environment. The role is not limited to UI/UX design but also encompasses product development related to solving rental issues. A solid understanding of technological usage is required, although it's a non-technical role. Adherence to strict hiring policies based on specific guidelines is expected.
