UI/UX Designer

As a skilled UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience for Serq, the white-label service booking platform catering to customers, service providers, and administrators. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive, modern, and mobile-friendly interfaces for various platforms such as customer & provider mobile apps, responsive web applications, and feature-rich admin dashboards. You will create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity screens, and design systems using tools like Figma, ensuring visual consistency across different components. Collaboration with the frontend team for a smooth developer handoff and proposing redesign solutions for existing UI/UX flows will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 2 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or service-based platforms. A strong understanding of mobile app UI principles, web UX best practices, and responsive design is essential. Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD, Sketch), ability to manage a component-based design system, and solid UX thinking are required skills. Experience in designing admin dashboards, familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Lottie, or Framer, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration are advantageous. If you have experience in designing for on-demand service or marketplace platforms, it's a bonus. Additionally, the ability to conduct mini user testing or feedback sessions will be beneficial.
