UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 13 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our design process by creating clean and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand product goals and user needs to design wireframes, mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes. Your task will involve applying UX principles to develop intuitive workflows, layouts, and navigation structures while ensuring brand consistency and visual clarity in high-fidelity interfaces. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to facilitate a smooth design implementation process and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics. You will also be responsible for maintaining and contributing to design guidelines and component libraries. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand product goals and user needs. - Design wireframes, mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes. - Apply UX principles to create intuitive workflows, layouts, and navigation structures. - Design high-fidelity interfaces reflecting brand consistency and visual clarity. - Work closely with developers for a seamless design implementation. - Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics. - Maintain and contribute to design guidelines and component libraries. Qualifications Required: - 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX design. - Strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX process, problem-solving, and visual design capabilities. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms. - Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies. - Knowledge of user flows, wireframing, interaction design, and usability heuristics. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. - Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or motion design platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS is beneficial but not mandatory.,
