UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer position requires a candidate with at least 5+ years of experience and proficiency in design software such as Figma and Photoshop. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. It is essential to have a portfolio of professional design projects, especially those involving web and mobile applications, to demonstrate your capabilities effectively. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, illustrate design ideas using storyboards and sitemaps, design graphic user interface elements, and develop UI mockups and prototypes. Additionally, you will be expected to create original graphic designs, prepare rough drafts for internal teams and key stakeholders, and identify and troubleshoot UX problems. Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor products is also crucial for this position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional experiences and designs, experience in design systems, responsive and adaptive design, and the ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish. A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, along with strong communication skills, self-management skills, and experience with design tools like Figma, Principle, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite are desired qualifications. Previous experience at a startup or in-house creative team is a plus.
