Your Mission: What You Will Do

• Own the entire design journey from idea to final handoff in Figma.
• Work closely with founders, developers and product heads to convert messy thoughts into clean flows.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, high fidelity mockups and design systems.
• Present your design decisions and explain the "why" behind them.
• Maintain consistency of visual language across platforms.

What Makes You A Fit

• A portfolio that proves you have taste and an eye for detail.
• Strong skills in Figma including auto layout, prototyping and component structure.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive interfaces.
• Curiosity. Hunger to learn. Ownership mindset.
• Understanding of UX fundamentals and design thinking.
• Ability to receive and give feedback without ego. We reject many versions before we finalize one.

Bonus Superpowers

• Ability to write copy that improves UX.
• Experience in animation or micro interactions.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Surface level familiarity with GSAP, WebGL or Blender.
