UI/UX Designer - Animated video creator

As a UI/UX Designer, your primary role will involve designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. Additionally, you will conduct user research, gather feedback to enhance user experience, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. It will be your responsibility to develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries, optimizing designs for usability, accessibility, and performance. Keeping yourself updated with UI/UX trends, design principles, and best practices will also be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. - Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve user experience. - Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. - Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries. - Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance. - Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design principles, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design. - Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, etc.). - Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. - Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. - Understanding of design systems and responsive design principles. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that involve motion design or micro-interactions. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision would be considered a plus.
