UI/UX Design Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Design Trainee to join our team at our Telibandha, Raipur office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or aspiring designers to build a strong foundation in UI/UX by working on real-time projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. If you are someone who enjoys solving problems through design and wants to turn ideas into engaging user experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

Support the design team in creating clean, modern, and responsive UI for web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless translation of design into functional interfaces.

Participate in user research, feedback collection, and usability testing to improve design decisions.

Stay informed about emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

A keen eye for detail, color combinations, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Creative thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.

A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design projects will be an added advantage.
