Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive (Female) who can contribute to our sales growth by reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads list
Explain the company's products or services clearly and confidently
Generate interest, answer queries, and handle objections professionally
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
Meet daily and monthly sales call targets
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Maintain a positive and respectful tone with customers at all times.

Requirements:

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.A. / M.B.A or similar preferred)
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
Prior sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
