UI/UX Design Intern

As a UI/UX Designer at our organization, you will be responsible for designing and prototyping user interfaces for both web and mobile applications using Figma. Your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to enhance design solutions. You will create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while ensuring that the designs align with our brand guidelines and contribute to an exceptional user experience. Continuous optimization of designs based on user feedback and performance data will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a strong portfolio that showcases your UI/UX design work using Figma. A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and mobile platforms, is required. Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping, is essential. Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantageous. The ability to provide Figma responsive design export files with working HTML, CSS, and XML is also desirable. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles is crucial for this position. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience with user research and usability testing will be beneficial.
