As a UI/UX Design Lead at Verolt Technologies, your role involves leading the UI/UX design work with breakthrough designs in various domains such as Automotive, Sports, and Industrial. You will be responsible for delivering client projects, acquiring customers, understanding client needs, and creating information architecture, wireframes, UI/UX assets, screens, and state flows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-domain teams to enrich UI/UX assets and methodologies - Interact with Verolt's global client base to provide innovative designs and user experience solutions - Enhance domain knowledge in cutting-edge technologies such as Data Engineering, Automotive, and HMI - Gain hands-on exposure to future technologies while earning - Continuously innovate and improve customer experience by addressing diversified client needs **Qualifications Required:** - Masters or equivalent degree in design with relevant courses - 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design - Hands-on experience in design studios or teams, creating UI assets and UX flows - Ability to simplify design while thinking from an end customer perspective - Proficiency in developing information architecture and collaborating with stakeholders - Experience in creating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and sketches based on user stories and customer requirements - Application of design principles across web, mobile, and native platforms - High proficiency in popular design and prototyping tools **Additional Company Details:** Verolt Technologies offers an exciting opportunity to work in a demanding, startup environment.
