UI/UX And Graphic Designer

As a Graphic & UI/UX Designer with 12 years of professional experience, you will be an integral part of our design team in Mohali. Your role will involve creating visually appealing designs for web, mobile, and marketing platforms while ensuring seamless user experiences. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and marketing teams will be key to delivering cohesive design solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing user-centric UI/UX for applications, creating engaging graphics for digital platforms, translating wireframes into final visual designs, conducting user research and testing, and maintaining the company's visual brand identity. It is essential to stay updated with the latest design trends and tools while ensuring consistency in design elements and standards. To excel in this role, you must have 12 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design, proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Good communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively are also required. While a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS are preferred qualifications, experience in Agile or cross-functional teams and familiarity with tools like InVision or Zeplin are considered advantageous.
