Role & responsibilities Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility. Design and develop RPA workflows using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism . Lead end-to-end automation delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support. Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate automation development. Integrate RPA with various enterprise applications (SAP, CRM, APIs, databases, etc.). Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and QA teams for requirement gathering and UAT. Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior developers. Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, security, exception handling, and documentation. Troubleshoot production issues and support bot maintenance activities. Contribute to RPA governance, standards, and process improvements. Note: Candidate must be from BFSI Domain.
