Job Title : UiPath Consultant / UiPath Developer Job Summary : Conduct thorough process analysis and translate business requirements into efficient, scalable UiPath solutions. Design and develop high-quality, reusable UiPath workflows, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Develop and implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of RPA solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and integrate RPA solutions seamlessly. Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and technologies, continuously improving your knowledge and expertise. Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge base for the RPA team. Manage and prioritize workload effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving project goals Educational Qualification : No specific educational bar, At-least 2 years of UiPath Hands on experience is a must, UiPath Certification is an advantage. Experience : 2+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of object oriented programming principles. 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Platform and UiPath Studio. Proven ability to design and implement complex UiPath workflows and integrations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of developers. Passion for innovation and a continuous learning mindset. Additional Requirements: Openness to domestic and international travel, as required by project needs. Ability to work independently with business and clients, fostering strong relationships.
