This role is ideal for an experienced design professional with 710 years of UX/UI design experience, a strong foundation in design principles, and a compelling portfolio of detailed case studies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a reputable design institution or a master's degree in design, with proven ability to lead end-to-end design processes and deliver intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered design solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze findings to inform design strategies and improvements. Create visually engaging user interfaces, icons, and illustrations that adhere to brand guidelines. Develop high-fidelity prototypes and iterate designs using tools such as Figma, focusing on usability and accessibility. Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and advocate for user experience best practices. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative team environment. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices to continuously enhance design outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a reputable design school or Master's degree in Design. 710 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design with a focus on user research and usability. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Demonstrated ability to maintain Figma design systems, advanced prototyping, and reusable components. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Portfolio featuring detailed case studies that demonstrate end-to-end design thinking and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions. Familiarity with motion design principles and animation tools. Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and web accessibility standards. Ability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing complex Android applications, particularly in OTT platforms, Android TV, and live streaming. Responsibilities include designing and building scalable, high-quality apps with responsive UI using Jetpack libraries and Compose, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and Android versions. Proficiency in asynchronous programming with Kotlin coroutines, dependency injection frameworks like Dagger2 or Hilt, and unit testing is essential. Strong communication skills and experience using Git and JIRA for effective collaboration in an agile environment are also required. This role is based onsite in Bangalore. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications with a focus on large-scale and complex implementations. Build applications using Kotlin, adhering to Android development best practices and modern architecture components. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to develop OTT and Android TV applications, including live streaming functionalities. Implement responsive UI/UX using Android UI design principles, patterns, and Jetpack Compose (preferred). Utilize Android Jetpack libraries and architecture components for efficient and scalable app development. Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on Kotlin coroutines, asynchronous programming, and efficient memory/thread management.
