We have immediate openings for Senior Appium Test Engineers with Selenium experience who can join immediately. Experience : 8 -12 Years Client : Google Avila IT Payroll Opportunity Immediate Joiners preferred Maximum 15 days notice period candidates allowed Mandatory Skills : Appium, Selenium Note : Only candidates with genuine Appium experience and a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience are eligible for this position What is needed to attend the interview: This will be a purely technical interview. Candidates are required to have both Appium and Selenium fully set up on their personal laptops, as there will be a couple of hands-on tasks. Please ensure your local development environment is properly configured in advance 1. Appium - Android and/or iOS - emulator or a real device already setup with latest Version, all the dependencies are installed, devices and basic Appium project ready to code 2. Selenium - similar to Appium / Android setup mentioned above, all the dependencies need to be set up and a basic project needs to be created. Only candidates with a complete Appium and Selenium setup on their personal laptops are eligible to apply for this position (For Interview) Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks for mobile and web applications. Lead test automation efforts across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web). Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Investigate, debug, and triage test failures and defects. Drive best practices in test automation and ensure coding standards are followed. Participate in test case reviews and provide constructive feedback. Analyze test results and provide quality metrics and reports to stakeholders. Mentor and support junior automation engineers on technical practices. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to be considered: Comprehensive Java knowledge with the strong hands-on experience in object-oriented programming and test automation frameworks. Expert-level experience in Appium for both: iOS (XCUITest) automation Android (UIAutomator2) automation Espresso experience will be an added advantage Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium automation with expertise in TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and BDD, including development and maintenance of hybrid test frameworks. Strong working knowledge of ADB (Android Debug Bridge) for device communication, debugging, and automation tasks. Minimum of 8 years in automation testing with a focus on mobile and web platforms. Experience integrating automation scripts in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, Agile processes, and defect life cycle. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A team player with leadership potential and mentoring capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
