Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and design objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces that reflect brand identity and adhere to design principles.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and usability testing outcomes.
Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation of design solutions.
Lead the design of CRM dashboards, data visualizations, and user workflows with a focus on usability.
Develop creative assets for product brochures, case studies, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
Address UX issues and enhance user experience by applying user-centered design best practices.
Utilize AI-powered design and video tools for innovative and efficient content creation. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies, and apply them effectively in your work

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field.
3 to 8 Years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio across digital products and marketing creatives.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and related design tools.
Experience with AI-based design/video tools (e.g., Sora, Veo3, Pika Labs) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies, UX principles, and data-driven design.
Proven expertise in dashboard design, website UX, and marketing creative development.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
