Description
Role Overview: You will conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Additionally, you will develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts. Creating high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with designing and iterating on user interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement and refine designs will also be essential. Furthermore, you will conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts. - Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch. - Design and iterate on user interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement and refine designs. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions. - Proficiency in Sketch and Figma is mandatory. - Experience with user research methods and usability testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems. - Knowledge of design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design. - Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Experience working in an Agile development environment.
