About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Design team. You will be a vital contributor to our design team, responsible for delivering user-centric solutions for our clients. You will actively participate in the UX design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a crucial role in the creation of innovative digital experiences for the clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX design team members and cross-functional teams to contribute to project success.
• Share UX insights and contribute to design discussions within the team.
• Mentor the team with workshops and show-and-tell sessions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and user experience needs.
• Translate client requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Participate in user research activities to uncover insights into user behaviour and needs.
• Contribute to the development of design strategies based on research findings.
• Contribute to the creation of information architecture, user flows & wireframes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Seek opportunities for learning and skill development within the field of UX design.

Must-Have Skills

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
