Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and refine designs.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI component libraries.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world design projects across mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and platform-specific guidelines (e.g., iOS, Android).
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
