UI /UX Designer

You will be joining Techostinger, a product-based IT startup that aims to revolutionize businesses by providing cutting-edge end-user products. The company empowers businesses with innovative and scalable IT solutions to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge in the digital era. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be required to possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Additionally, you should have proven experience in UI/UX design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of past projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. While understanding HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles is a plus, it is not mandatory. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to comprehend business and user requirements. You will be tasked with designing user-centric interfaces for various digital platforms, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis will be crucial to enhance design decisions. It is essential to ensure brand consistency and maintain a design system/style guide across all platforms. You will work closely with developers to guarantee the accurate implementation of designs. Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies is vital to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, along with a creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
