UI / UX Designer

As a Graphic & Web Designer, you play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for both print and digital platforms. Collaborating with various teams, you will transform concepts into captivating visual assets that resonate with the audience. Your responsibilities will include developing original designs for a variety of mediums such as marketing materials, websites, mobile apps, and social media graphics. Ensuring a seamless user experience, you will design intuitive user interfaces and conduct usability testing to enhance website navigation. Maintaining brand consistency is key, and you will work closely with different departments to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions aligned with the organization's objectives. Through the creation of prototypes and mockups, you will seek feedback from stakeholders to refine designs based on user input. Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for this role. Additionally, you should hold a bachelor's degree in multimedia arts, graphic design, web design, or a relevant field. Previous experience in a similar position within an IT firm or digital agency, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs, is required. Your expertise in layout techniques, typography, color theory, and design concepts, combined with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, will be instrumental in creating compelling visual content. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic and web design.
