Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer with 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will focus on understanding user needs, creating seamless user flows, designing intuitive interfaces, social assets and crafting prototypes that bring experiences to life. Youll collaborate closely with Product/Website Managers/Customers, Developers, and other Designers to turn business requirements and user insights into highly usable and delightful digital experiences. Key Responsibilities : Understand and analyse user requirements, workflows, and pain points through research and collaboration. Create detailed user journeys, personas, user stories, and information architectures. Should be able to create creative social assets according to the SM platforms Design wireframes, low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI mock-ups. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Web, Product, Engineering, QA) throughout the product development lifecycle. Advocate for the user at every step of the design and development process. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UX best practices. Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable components. Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UX deliverables like user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Indesign, Illustrator). Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices. Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and working closely with product and development teams. Excellent communication skills able to present and explain design ideas clearly. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analysing user behaviour is a plus. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development. Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web platforms. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Usage of AI Tools in the creative assets.
