Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to translate the UX vision into compelling UI designs
Design user-centered experiences by solving usability issues, focusing on workflows and interaction models
Create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets using Figma
Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
Collaborate with front-end developers to establish and refine a design system for product consistency and efficiency
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Communicate design decisions clearly with team members across departments
Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques

Required Skills:

4-6 years of experience in UX/UI Website Design with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for designing and prototyping
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with developers and understand technical constraints
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive attitude and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
