As a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & HTML Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs to create intuitive user flows. - Design high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes (low and high fidelity). - Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations when required. - Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams for design alignment. - Ensure brand consistency across all product interfaces. In terms of HTML/CSS Development, your tasks will include: - Convert UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS layouts. - Develop reusable front-end components with clean and well-structured code. - Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices. - Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and accessibility. - Work with developers to integrate HTML templates into various technology frameworks. Your required skills should include: Design Skills: - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is mandatory). - Strong understanding of color theory, typography, grid systems, and layout design. - Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs. Front-End Skills: - Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind (optional but preferred). - Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery is a bonus. - Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles. Other Skills: - Good communication and teamwork capabilities. - Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
