As a Strategic Advisor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for customers in the Financial Services Industry. Your role will involve bringing together teams across different stakeholders to realize a strategic vision. You will support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end solutioning of enterprise applications, designing and building Salesforce Industry-specific solutions for Financial Services. You will become a deep product expert with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) applications and work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success. The role requires maintaining an ongoing, comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem. Additionally, you will be involved in pre-sales engagement and understanding customer business needs to design tailored Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include leading a team of architects focused on delivering optimized solutions for Financial Services clients using various Salesforce platforms. You will mentor and guide development teams, play a program architect and advisory role for driving enterprise-level digital transformation, create integration and data migration strategies, design and architect complex enterprise applications, and leverage OmniStudio tools for financial services-specific solutions. Furthermore, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead functional and technical workshops, guide customers, partners, and implementation teams on digital transformation, lead customer expectations, negotiate solutions to complex challenges, establish technical governance standards, and identify and lead risk areas proactively. To qualify for this role, you should have 14+ years of experience in developing technology solutions, 5+ years of experience in client-facing projects in system development and business consulting, expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other Salesforce platforms, experience in various domains such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Mortgage/Loan Management, integration architecture knowledge, experience with REST & SOAP APIs, Apex Design Patterns, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, and experience with modern web technologies. Additionally, having certifications such as Application & System Architect Certifications is preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop content for executive-level audiences.,
