UI Technical Lead

You have more than 8 years of experience in IT with excellent leadership skills. Your proven architectural exposure includes building and scaling frontend solutions in an eCommerce environment. You work closely with offshore and onsite teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality outcomes. As the technical lead for the frontend stack, you own and manage its direction, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term goals. Your expertise includes technologies like Shopify, NextJS, React, GraphQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Your responsibilities in this role include: - Providing guidance and mentorship to developers to help them grow technically - Optimizing web performance across multiple devices and browsers for fast load times and smooth interactions - Supporting team members collaboratively, adapting to changes, and constructively dealing with disagreements - Understanding conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools for eCommerce websites Qualifications required: - Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling - Experience in technologies like Shopify, NextJS, React, GraphQL - Good to have experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices You should have strong leadership skills, architectural expertise in frontend solutions, and a collaborative approach to team management.,
