UI Technical Lead

You have a great opportunity to utilize your excellent leadership skills and over 8 years of experience in IT to contribute to our team. Your proven architectural expertise in developing and expanding frontend solutions within an eCommerce setting will be invaluable. Collaborating closely with both offshore and onsite teams, you will play a crucial role in delivering cohesive and high-quality results. Taking ownership of the technical direction of our frontend stack, you will ensure its alignment with business requirements and long-term objectives. Your proficiency in technologies such as Shopify, NextJS, React, and GraphQL, along with advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.,) will be put to good use. Providing guidance and mentorship to developers, you will assist in their technical growth. Optimizing web performance across various devices and browsers to achieve fast load times and seamless interactions will be a key focus. Your willingness to adapt to changes and support team members in a collaborative manner during disagreements will be highly valued. Moreover, your understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools for eCommerce websites will be beneficial. It would be advantageous to have some experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, as well as familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.,
