As a part of Thinkproject, a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations (AECO) industry. You will play a key role in designing stunning user experiences and interfaces for our products while collaborating with various teams to understand product requirements. Your responsibilities will include defining product development, innovation, and creation, designing usable experiences and interfaces, and presenting product designs to stakeholders. You will also be involved in verifying product experiences through user research methods and contributing to the company's design system. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Product (UX/UI) Design Role with a proven track record of designing and shipping digital product designs. Your portfolio should showcase your visual design skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with responsive mobile and web applications. Familiarity with Research and UX wireframing tools, SaaS web applications, B2B software, and Google Material Design is required. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with accessible interfaces, managing complex Design Systems, and contributing to existing design libraries. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide UI solutions efficiently, and adhere to deadlines will be crucial. Experience with Scrum, Design Sprints, and high fidelity prototyping, as well as proficiency in Figma, are essential for success in this role.
