Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound contacts in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in languages in-scope
Well versed with customer handling skills.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Basic understanding of tools/platform used for Robotics process automation and workflow automation.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in UiPath owned CRM Database in a comprehensible way.
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements and skills

Should have experience in a customer support role
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Fluent in the respective language
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Minimal bachelor's degree of educationwith background of engineering, Technology, and computer science
Basic programming knowledge of Dot Net / C/C++, Java, OOPS concepts and SQL
