As a UI and Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs for websites, as well as producing high-quality product images and social media creatives. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **UI Design:** - Design modern and responsive user interfaces for websites. - Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Ensure intuitive navigation and user-friendly designs for an enhanced experience. - Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs. - Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all digital platforms. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. - **Graphic Design:** - Create high-quality product images for e-commerce platforms. - Design engaging social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives. - Develop visual assets for promotional campaigns and advertisements. - Enhance product visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. - Ensure consistency in brand colors, typography, and design aesthetics. - **Collaboration & Project Management:** - Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align design efforts with company goals. - Present designs and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. - Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. - Contribute to design process improvements and maintain a design repository. **Requirements:** - Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Expertise in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and website design. - Experience designing product images for e-commerce and social media creatives. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks efficiently. - A portfolio showcasing website UI designs and graphic design work. **Preferred Skills:** - Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (a plus but not mandatory). - Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. - Familiarity with A/B testing and design optimization techniques.
