You will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to create exceptional user experiences across our web platforms. This will involve creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs while translating complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces. Collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs is essential. Additionally, you will maintain and evolve design systems and style guides, analyze user behavior and metrics for UX improvement, and advocate for user needs while considering business goals. Ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly will be a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and User research, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles is necessary, with knowledge of HTML/CSS and Bootstrap considered a bonus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense are crucial for this role. Preferred skills include experience working in agile or cross-functional teams, familiarity with the front-end development process, understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines, and experience designing for SaaS platforms or web apps. Your expertise in evolving design systems, creating user-friendly interfaces, analyzing user behavior, and designing for responsiveness and accessibility will be highly valued in this position.,
