You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the SAP Fieldglass system to align with the organization's needs for managing the contingent workforce. This includes managing user access and permissions to ensure proper security measures are in place. Additionally, you will be tasked with customizing and enhancing the SAP Fieldglass platform through scripting and API integrations to meet specific business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure successful third-party integrations. Your role will involve developing and implementing custom forms, workflows, and UI enhancements to enhance the user experience. Collaboration with UX designers will be necessary to improve the overall user experience through custom development. You will establish feedback loops to gather user input and usage data for continuous improvement efforts. Furthermore, you will utilize SAP Fieldglass analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights into contingent workforce trends. Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements based on data analysis will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will need to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to contingent workforce management. Staying informed about industry best practices and changes in relevant regulations will also be crucial. Providing training and support to end-users to enable effective usage of SAP Fieldglass for managing contingent workforce activities is another important aspect of the role. Timely troubleshooting and resolution of system issues will also fall under your purview. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience in SAP Fieldglass administration and development activities, including strong scripting skills and experience with API integrations. - Development and implementation experience for custom forms, workflows, and UI enhancements to improve user experience. - Extensive SAP Fieldglass domain experience, such as Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality, etc. - Experienced in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW Based Services), Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration. - Extensive working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA & SuccessFactors. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - SDLC experience of Agile/Activate Delivery Methodology. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in SAP Fieldglass or related Contingent Workforce Management systems.,
