Role Overview: As a Software Automation Test Engineer in Kolkata, with 2-4 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to design, code, and review test automation software for complex applications. You will be working with a team to maintain and extend existing test assets using testing standards and test automation principles. Your role will involve creating test strategy, analyzing test results, identifying defects in software, enhancing capabilities of existing test automation framework, analyzing problems, proposing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create test strategy, analyzing test results, identifying defects in software. - Design, code, and review test automation software for complex applications. - Work with a team to maintain and extend existing test assets using testing standards and test automation principles. - Enhance capabilities of existing test automation framework. - Analyze problems and propose solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Qualification Required: - Education: B.Tech. (CSE, IT, ECE, or Equivalent), MScs. (CSE or Equivalent)/ MCA - Experience testing web applications and different types of testing approaches. - Knowledgeable in Software Automation using Robot Framework with Python. - Experience in Selenium Web Driver. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with good-to-have experience in using GIT repositories, working with JIRA, and having a basic understanding of Javascript and Python.,
