UI Automation QA

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong experience in Web UI Automation using Selenium, Playwright, and Java. 
• The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UI automation frameworks and hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining automation test suites. 
• While the primary focus is on web automation, experience in API testing and automation using Rest Assured or similar tools will be considered a strong advantage. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web applications using Selenium, Playwright, and Java.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure application functionality and reliability.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and validate functionality.
• Investigate test failures, analyze logs, and report defects with clarity. • Continuously improve automation test coverage and enhance testing strategies.
•  Contribute to API test automation using Rest Assured or similar tools. • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely feedback on code quality.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 36 years of hands-on experience in Web UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, and Java. 
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and design patterns. 
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks like TestNG or JUnit. 
• Familiarity with browser automation best practices, web technologies, and debugging techniques.
• Good understanding of version control tools like Git. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
