About Us:

• Understand product requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user problems, ideate solutions, and deliver intuitive UI/UX.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure consistent design language and branding across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving, and final outcomes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Good understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in startups or product-based companies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for better collaboration with developers.
• Motion design or illustration skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Zeplin, or Miro.
