Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil) Experience : 4-5 Years Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute civil & structural works such as: STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) UGT (Underground Tank) ESS (Electric Substation) Boundary Walls, Guard Rooms, etc. Oversee external drainage and sewerage works, including: RCC Line Chambers Manholes PVC/HDPE Pipeline laying Wall chambers and block works Monitor the implementation of underground civil engineering works as per design and specifications. Ensure that the work on-site is progressing as per schedule with optimal quality and safety standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare daily progress reports, quality checklists, and maintain documentation for site execution. Verify material requirements, coordinate material approvals, and manage inventory control. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering 4-5 years of proven site experience in external development and infrastructure works Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, structural detailing, and drainage systems Familiarity with RCC, underground utilities, and sewerage networks Excellent communication and team coordination skills
