About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing high-budget campaigns and scaling brands across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving measurable growth, maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) , and building full-funnel paid strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention). This role requires someone who not only understands platforms but also strategizes, experiments, and delivers tangible business outcomes . Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and emerging platforms . Manage end-to-end campaign strategy including funnel creation, targeting, segmentation, A/B testing, scaling, and retargeting . Continuously track and optimize campaigns to deliver positive ROI, improved CTRs, CPL, CAC, and ROAS . Work closely with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and copy . Implement pixel tracking, GA4, UTM parameters, and conversion events to ensure accurate attribution. Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders; provide insights and recommendations for scaling. Research and test new channels, tools, and growth tactics to stay ahead of market trends. Collaborate with brand managers to align paid strategy with overall brand goals and ensure consistent messaging. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing with hands-on brand campaign management (E-commerce/D2C/Service industry experience preferred). Strong track record of achieving measurable KPIs — ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and Conversion Rates . Hands-on expertise with: Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Campaign Manager YouTube Ads & Retargeting Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking . Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, dashboards, and budget management. Experience with CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Strong understanding of funnel building, remarketing, and scaling strategies . Knowledge of SEO, content, and organic strategies (to complement paid campaigns). Certifications in Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory). Core Competencies Deep analytical skills with ability to translate numbers into insights . Strong grasp of consumer psychology & targeting to improve ad relevance. Experience in managing ₹5L – ₹50L+ monthly ad spends with proven scaling. Creative mindset to collaborate with designers & copywriters for impactful ads. Ability to work in a fast-paced agency/startup environment with multiple brands.
