📋 Job Summary: UGNA Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a goal-driven and experienced Assistant/Sr. Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential real estate sales. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing high-value deals, and driving project bookings for our premium developments like The Habitat. The ideal candidate brings energy, professionalism, and a strong sales track record in the real estate domain. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Handle direct sales of residential flats and site visits with prospective clients Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all project details, pricing, and amenities Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries Conduct client follow-ups, meetings, and negotiation to close deals Maintain CRM entries and accurate records of interactions Coordinate with documentation, legal, and customer care for a smooth booking-to-possession journey Support marketing campaigns and attend property expos/events as needed Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Lead and mentor junior sales executives (Sr. Manager level) 🎓 Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred for Sr. Manager level) 3–7 years of sales experience in real estate, construction, or high-value B2C domains Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business Local market knowledge and fluency in Hindi, English, and regional languages Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to work on weekends/site visits 💼 Salary Range:₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives (Based on experience & performance) 📍 Work Days:6 days a week (Tuesday will be Off) To Apply: Email your updated resume to info@ugnabuildwell.com or visit our site office at The Habitat, 105, Mahal Residency, Above Apollo Clinic, Bariyatu, Ranchi

The ideal candidate will assist walk-in clients, handle calls and inquiries, and support the sales and admin teams with day-to-day operations, ensuring a professional and efficient front desk experience. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when needed Provide information about ongoing real estate projects, brochures, and contact details Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Schedule and confirm client meetings or site visits with sales executives Maintain records of visitors and client appointments Handle courier, post, and front-office stationery management Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, printing flyers) Coordinate refreshments and hospitality for guests and clients 🎓 Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum: Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years experience in front desk/reception roles, preferably in real estate or customer-facing environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and local language) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Well-groomed and professional demeanor Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM or lead management tools ⏰ Work Hours: Insert Timing – Wednesday to Monday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
