Freshers can apply Roles & Responsibilities: - Developing and administering staffing and recruiting programs - Sourcing qualified candidates through various resources (internet, social media, networks) - Pre-screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations to Hiring Managers - Negotiating compensation packages and working with agencies for temporary/contract openings - Building a pipeline for key positions and participating in recruitment projects - Maintaining awareness of company business and customer groups to recruit top talent Support other Human Resources functions as necessary.
