As a UGC Strategist at our company based in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in ideating, planning, and executing user-generated content shoots. Your creative input will be instrumental in enhancing brand engagement and keeping up with the latest UGC trends. Here's what your role will entail: - Assist in end-to-end UGC shoot process: from ideation to post-production, ensuring high-quality content delivery. - Plan and manage UGC deliverables for assigned brands, following the guidance of the UGC Lead. - Stay informed about UGC trends, hooks, and formats to maintain content relevance and engagement. - Recruit and coordinate with UGC creators, models, and influencers for content creation. - Draft customized scripts, hooks, and content outlines to meet specific brand requirements. - Uphold Agadhs quality standards for video, audio, lighting, and overall presentation. - Provide creative briefs and on-shoot assistance to ensure brand-aligned performances. - Maintain a UGC deliverables tracker to monitor progress and ensure accountability. - Conduct quality checks before final submissions and promptly address client queries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content outputs based on feedback and market trends. - Share proactive ideas for improvements and innovation in content creation processes. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess: - At least 3 years of experience in story writing, UGC creation, or social media storytelling. - Quick, witty, and creative individuals with a unique tone and perspective. - Strong aesthetic sense, personal style, and the ability to inspire others. - Team players with a humble, grounded attitude and a strong work ethic. - Comfort working in fast-paced environments with models and creators. - Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow under the mentorship of senior team members.
