UGC Content Creator

You are a UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator responsible for visiting client locations, interacting with clients and customers, and shooting high-quality video content on-site. Your role involves capturing UGC-style content at various client sites, conducting on-camera interviews, presenting scripts or ad-lib naturally, and collaborating with internal teams for content planning. It is crucial to ensure that the content is shot in a natural, professional, and brand-aligned manner. Your key responsibilities include visiting different client sites such as offices, properties, and retail outlets for content creation, conducting on-camera interviews with clients, customers, or team members, and collaborating with the internal marketing and creative teams for content planning. Additionally, you may need to provide basic direction on framing and lighting if a videographer is unavailable and assist in scripting and conceptualizing content ideas for clients occasionally. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to speak confidently with minimal retakes. Professional appearance, good interpersonal skills, and fluency in English are essential. Prior experience in hosting, anchoring, or creating social media/reel content is preferred. A basic understanding of content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook is beneficial. You should be willing to travel frequently within city limits and occasionally outside, maintaining familiarity with brand guidelines, tone, and audience sensitivity. Bonus skills such as experience as a brand ambassador, emcee, or anchor, knowledge of mobile videography, or a background in media, journalism, digital marketing, or acting are preferred but not mandatory.
