We are hiring an accountant/admin in a company is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting business decisions through financial information. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations. Key responsibilities include: · Maintain and record all transactions and accounting records and files, · Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, · Reconcile accounts in compliance with accounting principles, · Perform and manage cost and general ledger analysis, · Prepare financial statements using Tally while maintaining accuracy of the data, · Assisting monthly, quarterly and annual closings with financial reports, · Reconcile and manage accounts payable and receivable, · Prepare and Manage payroll functions, · Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed, · Ensure timely payments for all statutory requirements, · Ensure compliance with central, state, and GST regulations and filing requirements, · Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups, · Perform and Manage all Banking Activities, · Assist in financial audits and coordination of external audits, · Assisting and Supporting Sales & Admin Teams in Tendering requirements · Assist and Support in all purchasing requirements for company operations, · Assisting and supporting in Importing procedures with required documentations, · Assisting and supporting in FOREX Payment requirements to the foreign suppliers, · Ability to work independently as well as part of entire team, · Multitasking Capabilities is preferred, Requirements and skills · Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. · 4-5 years’ Work experience as an Accountant, · Freshers may also be considered as Trainee & Intern, · Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and procedures of Indian Accounting Standards · Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally & Zoho Books, · Use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; Good Maths Skills · Experience with general ledger functions · Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills · Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interpersonal interactions and reporting.
