Job Description Sales Executive / Tele caller Location: Chennai (Singapore Consultancy Firm) Employment Type: Full-time About Us Udyogah South East Asia Pte ltd We are a growing consultancy firm specializing in recruitment and manpower solutions with strong 15 years of experience in the Industry. Our focus is on connecting the right talent with the right opportunities while building strong client partnerships. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Telecaller with prior experience in sales, client handling, or recruitment support from the Singapore Recruitment service Domain. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates to promote consultancy services. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs. Support recruitment team by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and sharing job updates. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM/Excel. Represent the consultancy professionally with clear communication and strong service orientation. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Telecaller, or in Recruitment/Consultancy business development experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Ability to work under pressure, targets and deadlines. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. What We Offer Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.
