Job Description: Franchise Sales Executive - UClean Position: Franchise Sales Executive Location: Faridabad Department: Sales & Business Development About UClean: UClean is India’s fastest-growing laundry and dry-cleaning franchise network, offering tech-enabled, standardized, and scalable business opportunities. We’re expanding our footprint and seeking passionate individuals to represent UClean at franchise discovery events and convert prospects into franchise partners. Job Summary: The Franchise Sales Executive will represent UClean at company-organized events (seminars, exhibitions) across cities, engage with potential investors, and drive franchise sales conversions. This is a high-energy role requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain the UClean business model persuasively. Key Responsibilities: Take follow up on Leads provided and share all related information to them. Travel to different cities as per the event calendar to represent UClean. Actively engage with event attendees, explain the franchise model, and qualify serious investors. Conduct 1:1 meetings/presentations at events to address queries and close deals. Post-Event Follow-Up: Maintain post-event contact with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads. Coordinate with the central sales team for documentation and onboarding support. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets from event conversions. Update CRM with prospect interactions and conversion status. Brand Advocacy: Serve as the face of UClean at events, maintaining professionalism and brand ethos. Gather market feedback to share with the marketing/sales team. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, B2C/B2B conversions, or event-based sales (franchise/real estate/FMCG/retail preferred). Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered. Skills: Superb communication (Hindi + English; regional language is a plus). Persuasive presenter – ability to simplify business models and ROI calculations. Travel-ready – comfortable with frequent travel (80% of role).
