Black Belt Academy- Collaboration- Content Business Operations Analyst Reporting: Cisco Black Belt Academy A Content BDM is responsible for Global end to end ownership of Architecture and Technology under the Black Belt Academy. The BDM will be accountable to align, capture and create the relevant content to go into the role-based learning maps enabling Partners to deliver a perfect Pitch to the customer whilst understanding on how to deploy and support the solution effectively.
