As a Developer contracted by Luxoft for supporting customer initiatives, your main task will involve developing solutions based on client requirements within the Telecom/network work environment. You will be responsible for utilizing technologies such as Databricks and Azure, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and Apache Airflow to create and manage Databricks clusters for ETL processes. Integration with ADLS, Blob Storage, and efficient data ingestion from various sources including on-premises databases, cloud storage, APIs, and streaming data will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will work on handling secrets using Azure Key Vault, interacting with APIs, and gaining hands-on experience with Kafka/Azure EventHub streaming. Your expertise in data bricks delta APIs, UC catalog, and version control tools like Github will be crucial. Additionally, you will be involved in data analytics, supporting ML frameworks, and integrating with Databricks for model training. Proficiency in Python, Apache Airflow, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, SQL, ADLS, Blob storage, Kafka/Azure EventHub, and various other related skills is a must. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess at least 7 years of experience in development. Problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential traits for this role. Desirable skills include exposure to Snowflake, PostGre, Redis, GenAI, and a good understanding of RBAC. Proficiency in English at C2 level is required for this Senior-level position based in Bengaluru, India.
