Job Role: Business Development Executive We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Noida office. This role focuses on new business development across both domestic and international markets (Canada, USA, and others). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—and be confident in building strong client relationships in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. -Handle inbound leads promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth conversion process. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated leads, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and networking. -Research target industries, market trends, and client requirements to create tailored proposals and sales pitches. -Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to build compelling proposals that meet client needs. -Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, webinars, and networking opportunities (virtual or in-person). Required Skills & Experience: -2–4 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in IT services or technology solutions. -Experience in international and domestic business development, especially handling clients in Canada, USA and European markets. -Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation skills using digital tools and platforms. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a performance-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred but not mandatory. -Prior experience engaging with clients at trade shows, expos, or online industry events. -Working knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or email automation platforms. -Flexibility to adjust working hours to cater to different global time zones.
