You will be responsible for identifying, planning, and managing new product development initiatives with key customers to increase L&T's market share in the respective segment. This includes scanning for new opportunities in the Aero UAV Segment and managing programs for field evaluation of prototypes developed towards serial production opportunities. Your role will involve ensuring the successful evaluation of prototypes by end users in stringent conditions across various locations in India. You will spearhead the participation in exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, handling all activities from end to end. This includes brand management and communication to create a holistic marketing pitch for ASBU. Additionally, you will be involved in business development and marketing of Aeronautics & UAV programs. This will entail identifying business growth opportunities based on market intelligence, developing and implementing marketing plans, and promotional efforts to build a healthy order pipeline of new business potential. Furthermore, as part of your responsibilities, you will be involved in contract management for Aeronautics & UAV programs. Customer relationship management and networking will also be key aspects of your role, ensuring strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,
